T.R.Miller Media Center

The Library at T.R.Miller High School is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30a.m. until 6:00 p.m.; Wednesday  from 7:30 a.m. until 3:31p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 3:01p.m.  There is a computer lab with 14 computers for student and teacher use during library hours. 

The mission of the T.R.Miller High School Media Center is to provide materials and services to implement, enrich, and support the educational program for the students of T.R.Miller.  Materials must serve both the breadth of the curriculum and the needs and interests of individual students.  The main objective of our selection procedure is to provide students with a wide range of educational materials on all levels of difficulty and in a variety of formats, with diversity of appeal, allowing for the presentation of many different points of view.  The media center strives to make available to faculty and studetns a colledction of materials that will enrich and support the curriculum and meet the needs of the students and faculty served.  The Media center will provide materials which will meet individual learning needs, abilities, and learning styles; providing background materials to supplement classroom instruction, and providing a broad range of materials on controversial issues to help students develop critical analytical skills.
